From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Arlene Martel (April 14, 1936 – August 12, 2014) was an American actress and acting coach. Prior to 1964, she was frequently billed as Arline Sax, Arlene Sax or as Tasha Martel. In 1962 Martel made her first of two appearances on Perry Mason as Fiona Cregan in "The Case of the Absent Artist". Later, she guest starred as Sandra Dunkel in "The Case of the Dead Ringer" (1966) when Raymond Burr doubled as Mason and the actual murderer Grimes, an old sea salt. Martel appeared in the Star Trek episode "Amok Time" (1967) as T'Pring and the original The Outer Limits episode "Demon with a Glass Hand" (1964) written by Harlan Ellison.
